Internship Program

Church of the Cross (CotC) is excited to equip and empower new church leaders to bless the church in Boston and beyond. Our internship program is designed to give an intern the opportunity to be deeply integrated into the life and rhythms of our church, grow in ministry experience, receive mentorship, be formed spiritually, and reflect theologically. While internships may focus on a particular ministry area, each intern will gain experience across a variety of church contexts. These internships are designed to meet the basic ministry experience requirements from major nearby schools such as Gordon-Conwell, BU, and beyond.

Generally, internships at CotC are unpaid. In special circumstances, small stipends may be made available, but should not be expected.
